Re-Learning to Cook

I stayed away from cooking for years because I wanted to keep my interactions with food as minimal as possible, but lately I’ve been re-learning.  My friend Sean Stoner is quite the chef, and he taught me how to make braised halibut wrapped in zucchini “purses,” shaved Brussels sprout salad, and roasted veggies.  It was quite delicious, if I do say so myself.
